BIO I'm a painter, sculptor, maker and caricature artist based in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX. I have a BFA in drawing and painting from UNT. I've worked as a caricature artist for the past 8 years and currently work as a "maker" in a digital fabrication studio in Bishop Arts doing a mix of graphic design and woodworking.
My studio work is frequently fueled by political frustrations, however i do not always wish to convey these notions to the viewer. My love of process causes me to trace these events back to what i perceive their base elements to be and use this inspiration to create an aesthetically pleasing piece. |
